Where does your produce come from?

Great question! 

We source our produce locally and love to shop local to support our community.

How much notice does Cheese Posy require for a Posy Delivery or Event?

So important! 

We require at least 48 hours notice for a Posy Delivery.  This ensures we secure the freshest produce for your gift!

To arrange an event a minimum of 3 weeks notice is preferred but we absolutely understand that at times things

just don't go to plan.  We are here to support you in all cheese emergencies.  

If your event date is less than 3 weeks away, simply reach out for us to work on the best possible cheese plan for your event!

Do I need to advise Cheese Posy of any allegeries?

Yes please!

If you're ordering a posy as a gift and your loved one has a food allegery, please place this into the ordering special requirements.

This will ensure that we select produce that is perfect for them!  Please note we have Gluten Free + Veggie Options available.

Can I Cancel my Posy Delivery or Event?

Yes you can...

If you need to cancel your Posy Delivery, it has to be in writing to Cheese Posy a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled delivery time.  Please note: There will be a cost incurred to you for cancelling.  Cheese Posy will refund you 50% of your original payment amount.  This refund will occur within 48 hours of you notifying Cheese Posy of your service cancellation request.

Will my information be shared with a third party?

No Way!

Our Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and all information collected will remain confidential and not shared with a third party.  Your personal details are collected and kept purely for the purposes of completing your order or event enquiry. 

What happens if I'm not happy with the service or product?

Talk to us!

We can only improve on our service and products if we know about what might have gone wrong.

Please contact us if you are not 100% happy with our product or service. 

Posy or Graze Box Gift Delivery Questions

How do I pay for a Posy to be delivered?

Too easy!

That's as easy as 1-2-3!  

1. Browse our Posy Menu.

2. Place an order online. 

3. Complete all details + payment.

Your posy will be arranged for delivery and on its way at your preferred delivery date.

How long does it take for a Posy to be delivered?

You decide!

All we ask is for a minimum of 48 hours notice to help us build a posy filled with love + cheese for you!  

You can pre-book your posy to be delivered in advance by using our online ordering system.

Do I or the gift recipient get to keep the Posy Board that is delivered?

100%

Our Posies that are delivered as a gift come prepared on a small wooden board.  This is a gift from us!

Keep it and re-use for all of your small cheese platters!

When arranging a Posy Delivery we have one request - please provide us with AS MUCH information about the delivery as possible.  If we are delivering to a business or residential address, will the gift recipient be present when the Posy arrives, do our delivery team need to count their steps to find the location or is there any challenging parking requirements we should be aware of to help us delivery the best possible Posy gift.

Posy Event Questions

What's the process to book a Posy Event?

Easy as...

5 Simple Steps 1-2-3-4-5!  

1. Browse our Posy Event Packages.

2. Request a date via our online ordering system.

3. Complete all details + submit request.

4. Our Posy Event team will be in touch to discuss the finer details of your event.

5. Event Confirmed with a 50% deposit due at least 4 weeks in advance of event, remainder of payment will be due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

Please note: Cheese Posy will supply you with one invoice for your event which will outlined payment requirements.

No event deposits can be placed further than 12 weeks in advance to your schedule date.

How do I pay for a Posy Event?

Good question!

Cheese Posy will provide you with an invoice that you can pay for your Event via Debit + Credit Cards, PayPal or bank transfer.

Payment Process for a Posy Event?

Simple!

To confirm and lock your event in a 50% deposit will be requested once you have spoken to a Cheese Posy Event team member to confirm the finer details of your event package.  The remainder of the payment will be due 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.  Cheese Posy will supply you with one invoice for your event which will outlined payment requirements.
